Christopher's room

We are looking for a roommate to join us in our 4 bedrooms 4 bathroom apartment. Our place is located in a really nice neighborhood on 17th street Santa Monica (between Montana and Wilshire). Really close to bars, grocery shops, and 10 mins from the beach.

You will have the already furnished Master Bedroom with its own bathroom, a little balcony, 1 standard closet, and 1 walking closet. You will also have your own parking spot on the garage.

We are three young professionals in our mid 20 with 9-5 jobs. We are chill during the week and we may have a couple of drinks during the weekend.

The apartment has a lot of space, a big living room a modern kitchen, and a dining room. We have AC going through all rooms and a cozy chimney we use in winter. You can also do your laundry inside.

The Price of the room is $1750 and we pay amenities every 3 months (Approx $250)
