I have a room available for rent in a spacious 3 story condo located in Chino Hills It is a private bedroom with your own private bathroom. Must be cat friendly as there’ll be 2 cats running around but no other pets are allowed to avoid pets fighting. Rent will be $750 + utilities split between everyone, a deposit of $750 is required before moving in Looking for tenants who are students or young working professionals, must be responsible, clean, and respectful. I am current attending Cal Poly Pomona I am pretty relax, chill, and easy to talk to I try to keep the common area (kitchen and loving room) clean as much as possible.
