Hey, Looking for a new place? May I recommended 1716 summerfield. We have a small gym, furnished roof top, laundry in building, private balcony and private garden. The room is available asap with a new lease as of Nov 1. Living room is fully furnished, with a 75“ tv and full 5.1.2 surround sound. There are 3 breweries within 5 blocks. More photos can be taken if you wish, same with a tour. We are 3 males, 2 in our late 20’s and 1 in their mid 30’s. It’s a very relaxed environment.
