I have a 2,800 square foot house on 1 acre in the Granite Hills/Vista Grande area. It’s a really nice neighborhood, with great neighbors and very quiet.
I can offer 1 bedroom & private bathroom for $850/month all inclusive, or 2 rooms for $1,200. The second room is set up as a family room with sofa and TV. You’d have access to this room, as well as the rest of the common areas either way, but it would be for your exclusive use if you wanted to pay a bit more.
I’m a very youthful 80 year old, most people think I’m in my 60’s, I walk 3-5 miles every morning!
