Hi! I just bought a house and have some rooms available for rent.

The neighborhood: Huge disk golf course An impressive trail system Multiple community parks Multiple community pools No HOA

Who I am: My name is George. I am a laid back guy and won’t be around much. I plan on using the shed to paint, and others are welcome to use it as well! (just provide your own art supplies)

Some of my other hobbies include paddle boarding, camping, and I travel a lot.

What I’m looking for in a roommate: All genders and ages welcome No pets please No cigarette smoking 420 friendly but outside only Able to pass a background check

Rent: $550 for the smaller room $600 for the two bigger rooms $800 for the Master bedroom

Bills: Bills will be divided by 5

(Rooms are single occupancy but I am including myself in the bills since I will be using the garage and the shed)

*If you prefer an All Bills Paid arrangement I can work with that, simply add $100 to the rent
