Diane's room

This is a new development and the home is being built right now. The home is right by the entrance to the community. House details: 3 bedroom, 2.5 baths, front courtyard, no backyard, lots of parking. All rooms are upstairs including laundry room. Room is unfurnished with spacious closet. I am able to furnish it if that is your preference. Please let me know.

Terms: month to month contract is available, no pets, no overnight guests, background check, credit report, and verification of employment will be needed.

I am moving to West Sac once the home is built. I am from San Jose, CA. I work full time remotely so will be working from home.

The home is occupied by me and my dog. He is a 15 yr old maltese (hypoallergenic). Hopefully you like dogs!
