Hey there! Available mid-December/early-Jan. Ideally no other pets but will consider. I absolutely love living at Camden San Marcos. Super quiet and safe/at home neighborhood. I’m located on the third floor with hardly any morning sun! It’s just myself and my sweet/talkative orange tabby cat. My roommate is purchasing a condo and will be moving out, sadly!! The master bedroom/attached bathroom with a walk-in closet is available $870 a month. I have the covered parking while the master only pays $20 more a month (not looking to change this). $870 included water/cable/internet/valet trash. Then the APS bill is split at the end of the month. I cover the renters insurance. Ideally i would like to keep the 10 month lease i am currently in but willing to do 8 or 9 if the cost is better. The common living space will not be furnished other than my one chair. Also, any cannabis usage should please be kept on the patio and with medical card.

I’m 27, work M-F/8:30-4:30, very clean and super easy to get along with!!! I stick mostly to myself but like to have a friendship. As long as we are both respectable and keep our place clean, there will be no issues!!💖 My cat is super friendly and sociable. He will probably talk to you. Front claws are removed. His litter box is in the large spacious laundry room. Ideally no other pets because he will sit outside your room hoping your cat will come play eventually Lol
