Looking for 2 girls to share a room (or one who can pay the full private price) in a brand new renovated house that is walking distance to SDSU! Rent would be 630 each. It’s literally around the corner! Everything in this house in BRAND NEW! It was gutted on the inside and redone. In fact, I don’t have pics to show you yet because it’s not quite ready for move-in. You won’t find amenities like this in an apartment anywhere closer. As such, we aren’t into having big parties here either because we don’t want to ruin this beautiful house. There are already 4 girls on the lease and we’ll be juniors this coming year. Females 18-21 only, please. Preferably college students.
