The house is a cute old home in downtown Loveland. Private room with shared bathroom and living space. House has central ac and heat washer and dryer. Adorable front porch with a big yard, small fire pit, garage and attic for storage. Always clean and well kept. Hello, I’m 26 and i own a barbershop in downtown Loveland. I work quite a bit so I’m hardly home. I’m pretty easy to live with I’m just looking for someone who doesn’t mind sharing a nice clean space. I have a 1 y/o English bulldog but she comes to work with me everyday so she would never be your problem. I would consider another dog if they get along with her and are well behaved. The room would be unfurnished but the rest of the house is furnished and move in ready. Shoot me an email for more pictures or a time to come see the space :)
