Very nice apartment location that is pet friendly! I have recently changed jobs and making less than I was initially and it does not make sense to pay 1/3 of income for rent alone. Would like to split the rent with a roomate. Male or female, apartment is organized but not OCD about it. Just moved in May 15, 2020 so the apartment is like new with furnite but plenty of room for some extras. It is a one-bed room apartment however has ample space for two. The cabinents in the kitchen are literally half full and I am fully settled in. It has have a couch for 3, a desk, and a dining table alongside a kitchen that is large enough for two to be cooking. The bedroom just needs a mattress for yah.
Lease ends May 15th 2021. I have the option of upgrading to a two bedroom for 1500$ a month so about 800$ each after electric and wifi.

I have it set up to where the living room is my studio pad. The back half by the window is my bed and the front half is the tv and couch. The master bedroom would be your place to sleep unless you preferred the main room. Bedroom includes walk in closet, coax for tv, 4 outlets, and a door for privacy. You could fit a bed, couch, tv, desk, dresser, and nightstand in the bedroom. The layout is such the bedroom is same size as the living room. Half if not more of the cabinets in the kitchen are empty and half the bathroom closet and drawers are empty.

Amenities: Heat Water Electric Wifi Fitness center Lounge that includes pool and ping pong and TV setup Laundry Room - right in front unit in the hallway.

Background check required if you want to formerly sign onto lease so you can get a sticker to park in the parking lot.

Two walk-in closets one of which you may have to yourself. Estimated items you would need to move in and start living are personal bathroom supplies, bed with frame, and chest of drawers for your additional clothes.

I am very laid back. and do not mind smoking, and personal decorations (I could definitely use). You can add me on Facebook upon request via text message. Looking or someone to start paying rent for October 2020. September is already paid. Quiet and friendly neighbors, the facility has a lounge with a gym, pool table, swimming pool, and rec room. Text first, phone calls after I know it is not spam. Management is laid back and never bothers me. I am also an avid gym goer.
