Great area, a lot of grocrey stores in the area ( trader joes, whole foods, morton williams) also 2 blocks away from central park, and 1 block away from riverside park.
Laundry in the building and doorman for packages only. WIFI about 15 each month and 40 for utilities ( right now only higher casue of a/c usage and working from home usuage) ( usually around 15 each)
About the roomies
I am a 26M with a 25F both working from home and keep to ourselves mostly. We keep the place very clean and always make sure to clean up after ourselves and share the responsibly of taking out trash or anything.
