Hi everyone. Up for rent is one bedroom with its own closet (the room is unfurnished). BRAND NEW MINI SPLIT AC SYSTEM ADDED. You’ll have access to a shared bathroom and plenty of living room space and kitchen. The property is a very clean, and a very well maintained 2 bedroom duplex with an amazing location. It is near downtown, walking distance from mister carwash and many other local businesses on the very populated McHenry road. It is a very quiet and nice neighborhood. Pest control, landscaping, water, trash and sewage will be paid for by landlord, so the only utilities you’d be responsible for are WiFi, gas and electricity. Single tenant only.

The current roommate is male and is 29 years of age. He is very respectful and mostly keeps to himself.
