Unfurnished Room for rent in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom Single family home. Walking distance from Center of town in Whitefish. Only 2 rooms out of the 3 will be occupied, so plenty of room. No pets or smoking cigarettes.

I own the home but will not be living there, just using 3rd room when visiting occasionally usually during Christmas to ski and/or summer to visit. My brother rents one room.
