My home is a one-of-a-kind, fairy tale-esque, 5 bedroom 3 bathroom urban cabin that feels like a vacation. Surrounded by a giant, lush garden, the deck and hot tub extends out from the great room and the floor to ceiling windows. There are four floors total, two of which are included in your space; which has 2 bedrooms, living room, private bath, and a loft for storage or reading. The great room has two circus points installed. So if you ever wanted to try aerial silks or trapeze, those items are here all the time. I also try and have an aerial jam at least once a month and have friends come over to play. Your space starts with a staircase elevating you to your first loft, where your view over looks the great room and has ample light shining thru the windows. Take a left at the top of the stairs and your own private bathroom is on your immediate left. Walk a few steps and you have a door on the left which is the smaller of the two bedrooms, door on your right is your large bedroom with large closet. There is a fantastic space-saving ladder that folds down to be tucked away.. But it is there for you to use the second loft. The 4th floor boasts 7’ ceilings, a reading nook that over-looks three floors, and also has space for a queen sized bed for guests. Our neighborhood is very safe. We live two doors down from a sheriff. Just a few blocks from Safeway & Burgerville. 15 min drive to New Seasons or Natural Grocers. The kitchen is shared. My kitchen, and oven are totally gluten free so whatever you bake needs to be as such. Same for toaster. Brand new hot tub on the front deck. one tiny puppy already live here, so , NO more pets. Sorry. There is a GIANT garden. I mean realllllly big. So if you’re into that, you’re gonna be in heaven. MANY planter boxes and a green house. Looking for ideally ONE person. Would possibly consider two, but thats a really big maybe. Rent is $1350 utilities. Utilities = Water, sewer, electric, internet, trash, garbage, AND bi-weekly maid service for bathroom and common kitchen area (for deep cleaning. Regular cleaning IS expected from you)

I am a 30 something year old woman who has one small dogs: Prince. He is extremely loveable. There is a baby gate at the bottom of the stairs to prevent him from invading your space but you are totally welcome to allow him into your space. Gardening is my #1 hobby. Wine is my #2 hobby. Love a bold merlot. Or a soft, local Pinot.
