We’re looking for a roommate to take over my SPACIOUS MASTER BEDROOM within a 3 BR/2BA apartment in downtown Hoboken. This is an amazing apartment with many amenities at a very good price! The move-in date is anytime between 10/1-11/1.
ABOUT APARTMENT:
-Amenities include: Central air, w/d in unit, elevator, dishwasher, ceiling fans, decorative fireplace, large open kitchen with granite counter tops and breakfast bar island, stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors.
-SPACIOUS MASTER BEDROOM – 20’x15’ - Huge closet space – 1 big double sided closet + IKEA Wardrobe unit (for sale). There’s enough space for a dresser, desk, etc.
-GREAT LOCATION – 78 Jefferson Street - The apartment is a 10-12 minute walk to PATH train, Target, and 2nd Street Light Rail. Extremely close to numerous downtown bars and restaurants.
-The room has 4 large window panels, great views of WTC/Empire State Building!
-Easy access to Manhattan (8 minute path train ride to West Village) and a few blocks away from the highway
-Helpful and reliable Super and really nice/cooperative landlord who lives in FL
-You will share bathroom with 1 roommate
ROOMMATE INFO: late 20’s – 30’s preferred, female, reliable source of income, clean and respectful of common area space, no drugs in apartment, outgoing/sociable but doesn’t feel the need to always bring the party home.
Both of my roommates are working professionals in fashion/ecommerce/compliance and accounting and are in their early 30’s. They are easy to live with and we all clean up after ourselves. There is no drama between us!
FINANCIALS: Rent: $1525/mo (rent typically increases $35/person every year) Electricity: ~$32/mo (Winter), ~$47/mo (Summer) Cable/Internet: $72/mo (includes DVR) We have a cleaning lady who comes a few times a year - $25/visit per person Security Deposit: $1467
OTHER INFO: This a month-to-month lease with 60 days notice, however my roommates are looking for someone who is planning to stay for at least 12 months.
