Midway Drive

I have a room for rent in a 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment that will be available around June 15th but possibly sooner. I will be moving out and need someone to take over my lease that ends in mid January 2018, with possibility of renewal afterwards. About the room/place: The room that is available is the master bedroom in the apartment. Dimensions of the room are 9’6“ x 10’6“ and you definitely have enough room to fit a queen sized bed, dressers, desks, etc. The room has a walk in closet and you will have your own bathroom. The room will be unfurnished, the pictures are to give you an idea of room space. Most of the furniture in the living room will be coming with me to my new place (couches, coffee table, etc) so if you have any living room furniture I’m sure the current roommates in the apartment would appreciate it. You will have two guy roommates in the apartment who share another bathroom. Both roommates are working professionals who are pretty chill and easy to get along with. They would prefer someone in their mid 20’s or 30’s. This room is located in the Stonewood Gardens apartment complex in Point Loma. The location is pretty centralized where you can walk to almost anywhere. There are tons of restaurants and stores all within walking distance. The apartment is about 1.5-2 miles from Ocean Beach and 3 miles from Pacific Beach so it is a very very nice location to live. The complex has two pools, and one of them has a jacuzzi. There are a couple tennis courts and a laundry facility is also within the complex. The rent for the master bedroom is $804 but we do have various utilities and bills that are split 3 ways.
