Newly renovated (2019) fully furnished and very private room in two bedroom apartment in the heart of Hell’s Kitchen (West 48th St and 10th Ave area). The apartment is completely renovated (from top to bottom) and decorated in a modern style, include smart home features. The apartment is located on the second floor walk up of 19th century historical building. The room is furnished with a twin bed with 2 mattresses (the bed converts into double twin bed which means you can have a king size bed), pillows and blankets (if you need), night stand, new window AC, new central heating radiator, new ceiling fan with integrated light, 42“ smart TV and for last, but not least, it has a custom made closet. Hard wired and Wi-Fi internet service is available. The room is located at the back side of the building which makes it very quiet. There is an outdoor area for BBQ or just to chill, for tenants only. Common areas in the apartment include kitchen with completely new appliances, very modern small bathroom and small but cozy fashionable living room. Laundromat is located right at the corner of the block, approximately 15 seconds walking distance.

I work full time job and enjoying different activities after, so I stay quite busy. I am a very clean, respectful, responsible, and friendly. I expect the same from you.
