I am 45 and my current roommate of 10 years will be moving out end of October. I’m a non smoker but u can smoke outside. I have a Beagle who doesn’t ever bark. It’s awesome. My room, living room and bathroom are upstairs separate from spare bedroom. Shared kitchen and second living room is downstairs also.
