About the room
One bedroom is available in a 2 bedroom unit 5 minutes from the ocean in La Jolla. The property is clean and quiet. It is managed by the Irvine Company. All apartments were remodeled last summer. The apartment has its own kitchen, washer and dryer, 2 parking spaces, and 3 pools and 3 jacuzzis. Also plenty of parking on the street. With BBQs of course. And a fitness center. The property managers have food vendors come every few weeks and offer great food at low prices. $5 for a large foodie pizza!
There are several grocery stores nearby: Vons, Sprouts, Gelsons. And the Shopping Mall that has many restaurants and stores.
There is a second bedroom occupied by a quiet UCSD math major. He is very nice and either in his room studying or at school. It is almost like you live by yourself.
