A/c, heat, high speed internet and all channel cable. Prefer student but will consider other. This is a large, beautiful living space that you can decorate and divide however you want. Quiet safe area, close to CSULB and LBCC. Ok to entertain, nobody’s watching, rare interaction w/me unless we run into each other in kitchen.
