About the room
Unit is shared with one male in the loft, and another male with their own room. Both are in their late 20’s, work in the architecture industry, and spend most of their time outside of the apartment at work. What little time is spent in the unit is mostly spent sleeping. We are both fairly clean and low maintenance roommates. Your room has full bath, walk in closet, looks out onto 2nd Ave, located on bottom floor, across the hall from other bedroom and washer/dryer. Middle floor contains dining area, living area, half bathroom, entry area and kitchen, with 2 Floor + height vaulted ceilings above the living/dining areas. Also opens out to top floor corner balcony which is large enough for an outdoor dining area, with views of the corner of 2nd and Island, and is also isolated from view of any other balcony’s on the same floor. Living area has dramatic vaulted ceilings and large amounts of natural light provided by Above middle floor is a lofted bedroom, with closet and full bathroom. Access to condo is from interior corridor, which looks out into landscaped courtyard at the heart of the complex. Apartment comes fully furnished (including large flatscreen TV, Cable, Wifi, and has hardwood floors throughout. Complex built in 2005 and designed by architect Rob Quigley in a modern aesthetic, the same architect responsible for the new San Diego City Library and the New Children’s science Museum located a block away from condo complex. Complex is also within a block or two of: Ralphs Grocery Store, Horton Plaza, Convention Center, light rail station, and pay-and-display parking lot. Condo complex has gated access with overnight security guard, underground gated parking, 24 hour fitness center, computer room, rooftop terrace with BBQ and fireplace.
