About the room
The Room: It’s about 120 sq ft with a decent sized closet, high ceilings and one big square Bay window. It easily fits a queen-size bed, desk, and dresser.
The apartment: in-unit washer and dryer (say goodbye to quarters!), dishwasher and new appliances. Shared kitchen and bathroom. Renovated and rent-controlled.
Location: 1.5 blocks to 24th Street BART. The heart of the Mission!
Utilities: we split electric, cable and housekeeping 2x per month (~100/month pp)
About the roomies
About us: We are three women in our mid/late 20s. One of us is from the Bay Area, another one from Namibia, and the third one from Hungary. Two of us are working professionals, and the third one is a student. All of us are working from home at the moment. We are friendly and have dinner or movie nights from time to time but we also respect each other’s space. We stick to the COVID guidelines.
