About the room
House on the hill which offers local views, a bit of privacy, yet close to the freeway. House is remodeled, clean and comfortable. Bathroom is mostly private, but as the hallway bathroom, it will be shared with guests from time to time. Favorite part of the home is that the property has a country feel yet close to everything! Short term tenants welcome. Have enjoyed renting to traveling nurses/OT’s/PT’s in the past.
About the roomies
Female, working professional (currently working from home) with one small dog (pomsky - cutest mini husky around!). My fiancé is in and out of the house and stays roughly 3 nights a week. Clean, respectful, social, drug and smoke free. Looking for like-minded drama-free individual.
