Room available for rent starting August 1st, maybe sooner. My current roommate is moving in with his girlfriend, need someone to take his place. Rent is $600 plus utilities. Utilities are split in half electricity and wifi average 80-100 a month. 420 friendly preferred not a stoner but do like to wind down with a joint at night.
