Looking for a new roommate to sign a 12 month lease starting July 1st. The apartment is a 2 bedroom 1 bath recently remodeled apartment on the first floor of a large complex. The apartment common areas are currently partially furnished with everything but a kitchen table and chair set. The room offered is a large 11x15.5 ft master bedroom and large walk-in closet. Utilities are split and are usually around $100 per month. Water is a set $35 and internet is $15. Electricity is a bit higher in the winter with the heat running.

I’m a 26 year old male who works for a marketing agency. I keep to myself during the work week and like to just hang out and watch TV. Always a fan of heading to the bars in DC or Clarendon on the weekends and keep an active social life. I like to keep the apartment clean and free of clutter.

The apartment complex is very nice with two pools and a gym. There’s a garage and outside parking plus tons of street parking near the apartment. The location is excellent as its a close walk to both Rosslyn and Courthouse Metros and very easily accessible to tons of great restaurants; Safeway, Target, CVS and actually not even a bad walk to Clarendon or Georgetown.
