hello, my husband and i recently moved to the area and we are looking to rent out one of our guest rooms. It is a 3 bed 2 bath house. You would have a private bathroom. Rent will be due on the 1st of each month. Plus any water/electricity bills. Garbage is included. Looking to rent out as soon as possible!
About the roomies
