SUCH A NICE APARTMENT COMPLEX!

The rent includes what bills normally equate to (wifi, cable, water, sewage, trash, electric)! There is lots of parking on the street but there’s also a $75 parking spot option. We have a laundry IN UNIT which is awesome. No more laundry rooms for us :) There is a personal apartment gym that is down one floor, as well. It has all the necessities and it’s nice because its always empty. The apartment is right next to everything in North Park (bars, restaurants, etc.) and the entrance for the freeway is right next to our street. It’s so convenient being 10-12 minutes from the beach and 10-12 minutes away from SDSU. Neighbors are friendly and the walls are sturdy so it’s not noisy! There is a new pool and BBQ area as well. The apartment is gated, although it is tucked into a culdesac type of street (which makes it pretty safe already). There is an air conditioning unit in the apartment which is pretty cheap honestly and effective! I have the living necessities (tv, couch, kitchen table, microwave, etc) but the bedroom would be empty. I do have a mattress which I was planning to sell but I’m open to lending it if you need one! You would also be welcome to use the netflix, hulu, amazon prime that is connected with the tv. I have a PS2 for a DVD player and to play some old games lol. I also have a medium sized dog that’s very well trained (NEVER barks, extremely friendly, NEVER chews things up). He always sleeps in my room anyways!
