Great complex in Cutler Bay. The room is furnished (or not, depends on what you want), has a bathroom inside, full access to washer/dryer, kitchen, two walk-in closets, etc. You’ll have your own pantry in the kitchen. All kitchen appliances are stainless steel and brand new! There is a backyard as well. I will be hiring a cleaning lady to pass by biweekly. Not required to clean your room if you don’t want!

I’m a 22 y/o female that just purchased the house. Graduated from FIU and I work FT from 9-5. I would be your only roommate, except for Penny, my dachshund. She does NOT bark, she’s very sweet and you’ll barely know she’s there. I am EXTREMELY clean and organized. I expect the same from my new roomie!
