Roommate needed since mine is moving to Taiwan. One unfurnished bedroom and furnished full bathroom in the hall ( you can furnish bathroom If desired) for rent to a woman or gay male. Pet friendly, lbgt friendly, non judgmental, religious and secular tolerant, relatively clean household. Rest of the apartment is fully furnished with my washer and dryer included. Utilities that we pay are electricity and internet. Your half is typically 60 in power monthly and 30 for internet. Water, garbage, pest are included in rent. Very safe and maintained apartment complex. No real bug, rodent, or mold issues. Management is very kind. You will have to do the background check for the apartment to be able to sign just so you know.

Pet peeves: REALLY do not like shoes on the carpet, but you can wear shoes in your room. Dishes not washes or an unclean counter since it invites bugs. Leaving wet laundry in washing machine too long. Me: I’m a non judgmental 25 yr old grad white female. I tend to be a little zany but most of the time people love my quirkiness. I have pets whom I love.
