looking for someone to join me on the lease at an apartment complex. private room and own bathroom right across the way. the apartment is clean, doesn’t have bug issues, has a balcony, and neighbors are mostly families and couples. the living room has a fireplace and will be mostly furnished. the complex is quiet, close to Target, Walmart, and Hulen Mall, and has convenient access to 183, I-20, and I-30.

I’m a quiet, easy-going, low maintenance roommate. anything I cook is usually free game! I communicate clearly and respectfully. I work during 8-5 on the work week and (try to) go to bed at decent times. When I’m home, I’m usually watching TV or hanging out in my room.
