Hello, looking for ideal roomate. I have one room available. You will have a private room to your self. The room is non furnished, access to shared kitchen and bathroom. Across the street you have a shopping center, and buss stop. It’s 10 minute walking distance from local park, 2.5 miles from American River College by vehicle. Surrounded by trees and it’s quiet neiboorhood.

My other tenant is female, she works during the day, speaks English. I am the property owner work from home, speak English and Spanish. Tenant and I like to play cards, chat a little.
