The room is in the third floor. It has a a walk in closet. It’s fully furnished ( twin bed, and a dresser). You will share the bathroom with one of the tenant who is very organize and sensitive on someone’s space. She is work from home so the bathroom is yours in the morning. Common areas are the kitchen and laundry room. It has a big deck attached to the kitchen, so you can relax while drinking your coffee. It’s all inclusive, gas electricity, trash, wifi, cleaning, parking and HOA. You can enjoy all the amenities the area offer. The place is close to all major stores (walking distance). As a perk,you don’t need to compete in street parking. You can park in the garage or the driveway. Likewise, if you love to cook, no worries, all kitchen utensils are provided. I am a very private person and always busy in work. I am work from home this year, but I have my own space. You don’t need to worry of any household chores, a maid will be cleaning the unit every month. As of now, I am the only one living here
