Looking for someone to move in asap! This lease term is for 1 year and requires an application to be filled out with my building manager. Good credit is required and if necessary, you may have a co-signer. Once your application is approved, you will be added to the lease. Sub-leasing is not permitted.* Hello! My roommate has officially moved out of our 2 bed/2 bath apartment, which means I have 1 room and bathroom open for ONE individual to move in. Sorry, no pets allowed in the building. It is ready for an immediate move-in. The bedroom has great natural light, lots of storage, and clean like-new carpet. The living room, which is already fully furnished, has hard wood floors, amazing natural light with a big sliding glass door to a balcony and a cute little fireplace. It has a dishwasher, gas stove, fridge, and microwave. There’s even a full load sized washer and dryer in unit! There are 2 tandem parking spaces in the garage, 1 for me and 1 for you (FREE- which is nearly impossible to find in LA). There is also a little den/office with another closet for storage. The apartment has central AC/Heat and the unit is on the second floor of the building so it stays nice and cool in the summertime. The neighborhood is awesome and walkable- near Ventura blvd, Studio City farmer’s market, shops, and restaurants, Trader Joe’s and Von’s. There is ALWAYS street parking available out front.  What I’m looking for in a roommate and a few deal breakers:

1. You are accountable/responsible
2. You are respectful of other people’s belongings
3. You have a steady income and can pay your bills
4. You work during the day. (Working from home is fine for now, since I know most people are for the time-being)
5. You do not like to have a ton of friends over all the time/host parties *******************you don’t have a significant other living with you or who is going to basically move in with us (no thanks!)
6. You are a good communicator
7. You are clean and tidy- whether it be your bedroom, bathroom and/or common areas Recap on everything! Here’s a little about me: I’m a 26 year old girl from San Diego. I work in the entertainment industry as a set costumer, and when we’re not in the middle of a global pandemic, I work M-F basically all day, 10+ hour-days. When places are open to the public (haha), I enjoy hiking/walking, shopping, taking yoga classes, and spending time with friends and family on the weekends. I take pride in my home and keep things EXTRA neat and tidy, some would call me OCD about keeping things clean. I’m respectful and I get along well with others!
