About the room
Hi! I have a room in my apartment available starting June1st . The room is $1275 + utilities, comfortably fits a full bed and a dresser or desk, and has a large closet. Its a two bedroom and 1 bath apartment with windows in every room! The building has a live-in super, and washer/dryer in the basement. The apt is a 2 min walk to Morningside Park,10 min walk to Columbia University, and 15 min walk to Central Park.
The location is incredible–7 blocks from the 125th A/B/C/D stop, and 2 blocks from the local B and C stop. Midtown is a 15min train ride:) There’s Best Yet supermarket a block away, along with all the amazing bars and restaurants on Frederick Douglas Boulevard! Plus Whole Foods is FINALLY opening this summer!
