Hi there!

I’m Chris and I’m in my mid 20s working in finance. I’m looking for a roommate to sign a lease with me in an amazing 2br 1bath apartment on the Upper East Side.

Need to sign the actual lease documents by June 1st! This is very important!

The actual lease start will be August 1st, but you may be able to move in before then depending on when my current roommate moves out.

About the place:

Amenities: -4 burner Gas stove -full size fridge/freezer -hardwood floors -elevator -lots of windows -not on the street side so it’s quieter -high ceilings

It’s a 2-3 minute walk from the Q and 4,5,6 86th street subway stations; I can make it to my office building in midtown Manhattan in around 20 minutes, door to door.

-laundry, dry cleaner, bar, pizza, all right next door. There’s a Whole foods about 5 minutes away

Plenty of windows and fantastic lighting. Very safe, clean, friendly neighborhood with plenty of bars, shopping, and places to eat.

About myself: I’m a young male professional working in finance who is clean, keeps the weeknights quiet, and respectful, I don.
