Also it has a pantry with again ample shelf space for can goods or dishes or anything you would like it to be. Also the room is right next to the laundry closet (Which is just a dryer and a washer combo) It always the best to be the first to get laundry done first. Lastly the location is around an assortment of popular restaurants, Sierra Vista Mall, and CostCo.

The unit is a shared unit. There are already three other people living in the unit. All pretty much keep to themselves, so noise will not be an issue. The office staff is very nice and very upbeat. The pool is located right behind the office. Most residents love that spot so you might enjoy meeting your neighbors there.

I am looking for someone to take over my lease by September 15th, 2020. I found another place to live and should be out of the apartment by September 1. Please text or call for further info.
