You’ll be living in my modern, spacious townhome in the desirable Zilker District of Austin (78704 zip code). The condo / townhome is located in the heart of Austin, with both nature spots and some of the best restaurants, bars, and shops all in close walking distance. Rent would be $1400 / month, which includes garage parking and full access to all the common areas in this roomy 3-story 1,600 square foot townhome. Ideal for a professional who likes lots of space or a young couple – someone who wants to be in the center of the action of what Austin has to offer, yet also wants a quiet place with quick access to nature and greenery.

Move in date would be Nov 1, 2020 or soon thereafter. Both longer term (1 yr+) and shorter term (1 month+) stays are ok. Slight preference for 3 month, 6 month, or 1 year planned stay, but flexible on that. Lease will be month-to-month.
