Hello. I am currently renting out a one bedroom in a three bedroom home with a pool. I need to find a candidate by September or October move in. I am the only person that lives here, so for now the extra bathroom is yours, unless I decide to rent out the other room. The bedroom is not furnished, and has hard wood floors. The room comes with a key, and lock for your own privacy. I will not tolerate any drug use, alcohol abuse, and loud people. The ideal candidate would be a student, military, law enforcement, hard working individual, and a person that is quiet, respectful, and friendly. Kitchen use is allowed, and you will have your own space in the fridge. Driveway parking is allowed, as long as space is left for me to back out, and drive into the garage. There is also laundry on site as well. There is a $200 dollar refundable deposit upon agreement of moving in. This will be a month to month room rental contract with utilities/WIFI included.

Pool use is allowed, and i will allow overnight guest on the weekend. The location of the home is ten minutes away from the TCU college, and ten minutes away from downtown Fort Worth. The home is also next to a Walmart, Whataburger, Jack in the Box, and various food places, and grocery stores.
