1200 sq ft 3 bedroom/1 bath apartment available on August 1st. It’s located on Sheffield Ave. in the heart of Lincoln Park on a beautiful, tree-lined street. Our neighborhood is packed with shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, gym/fitness/yoga studios with a community of students, young professionals and families. Very safe, 3 blocks to Whole Foods, close to Oz Park (Tennis courts), street parking available and close to public transit:

• 1.5 blocks to Armitage Brown line (20 mins to downtown) and Armitage bus (#73)
• 3 blocks to Fullerton bus (#74) and ‘L’ stop (red, purple and brown line trains)

The apartment is on the first floor of a pretty quiet building. The front of the unit has two living/dining areas with wooden and glass sliding doors in between. Each bedroom has different dimensions (about 10 x 8 feet) and 2 of 3 bedrooms have a closet. There is one huge, shared four-piece tile bathroom, with a separate claw foot tub, shower, sink, toilet and built in floor to ceiling cabinet and shelves. Amenities include:

We are non-smokers, clean, and organized (i.e. hate clutter and sink full of dirty dishes for too many days), responsible, respectful, and fun. We can get along with pretty much anyone, but prefer people who are kind, clean and considerate. I communicate honestly and openly, and am looking for someone with whom that resonates. We like to keep pretty active and busy, and when at home do things like relax, watch movies on apple tv, and cook. Pretty low key during the week, enjoy our weekends, and socialize outside the apartment.
