Located right behind Fulton St with access to all subways in walking distance! Fulton has every retail store you could imagine and the newly build city point building has a target, dine in theater, and trader joes. Gym is i the neighbor hood as well. About the space: The apartment is originally a one bedroom but the living room is giant so we sectioned it off into a large bedroom but the common space still provides plenty of sprawling room and includes an alcove with a walking closet. Kitchen is pretty standard with dishwasher and NEW electric stove/oven. We share a bathroom. Laundry is in building and building takes out/sorts trash. Utilities include heat and water. We pay electric and wifi.
