I am looking for a roommate to rent the original master bedroom in an adorable colonial-style house located on a quiet, sidewalked street in the South West neighborhood of Hartford. The room is on the second floor and has a good sized closet and ample space for a full/queen sized bed, desk, dresser, and side tables. The house is approximately 1200 square feet and it has a living room, dining room, kitchen, 2+ bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a three-season porch, a regular porch, a garden, and a small yard with a shed for storage. There is laundry in the basement. You will have an off-street parking spot in the driveway. The house is just 10 minutes from downtown Hartford, West Hartford center, and West Farms/Corbin’s Corner. The rent is $600/month plus shared utilities (natural gas heat, electricity, and internet).

Hi! I’m Lindsay. I am a Massachusetts native who bounced around for school and wound up back in New England. I work for a university during the day and, when the world is open, train at a martial arts gym at night and hit happy hour or a local brewery/winery from time to time. At home I like to cook, bake, and relax with a good book or a Netflix binge session. I recently rescued a sweet, shy, quiet 35lb lab mix. I am looking for a calm, clean, respectful roommate to share a house with. I am okay with other pets as long as they get along with my dog.
