Single bed room for rent, will have a bathroom attached, closet space. We have a garage for storage (not enough room for cars right now). Couple minutes from the ETSU campus, couple minutes from kroger. Pets are pending approval from lease, contact for more info.

We are two graduate students at ETSU, looking for our third roommate. We both like to lift weights (some of which are in the garage), and both work pretty extensively on campus unless there’s a global pandemic or something like that. We keep things neat and clean and expect the same, although your space is your own unless it affects our lives. We can deal with cannabis, but not in the house.
