We are mature, quiet, responsible and most of all respectful of one-another’s space and privacy. We also enjoy one-another’s company and friendly conversation and occasionally share pizza and take out. We share chores and expenses, clean up after ourselves and sometimes each other, and if anyone needs help they only have to ask. Communication is key. Our house is peaceful, enjoyable and restful. We live 3 miles from the ocean and the sea breeze is constant. This is a little peace of heaven and we’d like to keep it that way.
