FREE DECEMBER RENT WHEN YOU TAKE OVER MY LEASE!! This is a 5 bedroom 2 bathroom home. There is currently three residents (myself, a 19 year old working for Otterbox, and a 24 year-old male EMT student). This is a 2500 sqft home with an additional 1500 sqft of wrap around deck space. The house fully furnished, and comes with some super cool amenities– gazebo, airhockey/pool, movie room, bar area, basketball game, brand new dishwasher, back yard shed, and an office/guest bedroom. This is an older house so there are some quirks but we are hoping to turn this house into a fun spot to entertain and relax after a long week of work.

Hi I’m Cole, a 24 year old Marine Veteran and current EMT student. Im originally from California and moved to CO around new-years of 2020. I currently work as a security guard with aspirations of eventually working in physical therapy. I play the drums so you will hear that sometimes from the basement but will always be respectful.

What’s up I’m Caleb! This is a fun house with a family atmosphere. I work as a blue labor job and love it. We are all a bit different in this house but we are looking for another person to join the crew. I attending UC Santa Cruz but found my passion in the family business. I love meeting new people and animals :)

Overall we enjoy keeping a tidy home while also allowing our home to be used as a fun place to hang out and socialize. We are looking for a young professional or student who is willing to be respectful but also willing to join our little “family”. We enjoy spending time together at the house and getting to know each others friends. We are fairly busy during the week but weekends are typically free.
