Single room upstairs in a two-bedroom townhome; shared bathroom. Open parking in a lot–first come, first serve–plenty of spaces. Located in Rancho Cucamonga, off Hermosa between Foothill and Arrow Route. $700 plus $500 deposit; if room is in same condition upon move out, and the last month’s rent is paid, your $500 deposit will be returned. Access to pool/spa, fitness center, business center, lots of walkways and greenery. I have a dog (chocolate lab), so must be pet friendly. No loud music, no overnight guests, no drugs or alcohol, absolutely no smoking, no criminal background, no couples, please. Unfortunately, I cannot have any other pets. Looking for someone who works 8 hours + a day. Will need to provide proof of income and ID.

I am in outside sales, but working out of the house due to COVID. Work a lot of nights and weekends at a 2nd job. I am low key, keep to myself, and respect peoples space and privacy.
