Unfurnished room, clean carpet closet and your own bathroom, 2 floor house so the rooms are upstairs in opposite sides so will fell more private, is an other bedroom next to but I don’t really want an extra Roomate, I think 2 people for the house is enough for each person space, medium size room , I don’t really ever use the kitchen so I like it clean , the house is furnished and has a backyard , no parties , no drugs please. Just myself , I’m barely home I I don’t really have guest to stay here or parties or nothing , just work and come home , if I do something I go somewhere else , I don’t like people in my house unless is a close friend.
