Share with 1 male (20’s) and 1 female (30’s), active & employed full time. Looking for 1 person (or a couple) who is also employed full time, away from the house. Sorry no children, no pets, no drugs, no smoking, and please no drama. We don’t bring the party home and ask that you don’t either. Master bedroom with large walk in closet and private double vanity large bathroom. Ceiling fan, lots of windows. Home is mostly furnished, bedroom is not. We will have room for some living room furniture and there is plenty of storage.Laundry, dishwasher, cleaners every other week. Fenced private front and back yards. Large kitchen, 2 living rooms, lots of natural light. Attic and garage for storage as well as outdoor sheds for bikes, surfboards, etc. Available mid-June or July 1.
