Quite safe neighborhood.Walking distance to a high school campus, close to restaurants, shopping. A deck back of the house with a fence at the backyard.

It’s a private room with shared common space shared bathroom with one person. We are two people lives in this house. Looking for someone help us as we help to have an easier living. Very clean and neat. Basically, I am a very private person but friendly.
