Walking distance to the River line, close to 295,130 & exit 6 on the Turnpike. 5 min from Amazon Florence and to the park that views the Delaware river. No pets ,shared bathroom ,No smoking. No couples. Steady income, must bring home 3 times the rent amount. There is an application fee that includes income verification and a background check.

Younger Male reservist and 2 older gentleman. One roommate is very particular about making sure common areas are clean so if you are not willing to clean up after yourself please don’t apply.
