We, a couple in our 30s, are looking for one tenant to take one room in our house.

Excellent Fengshui House It is a lucky house filled with love. Our previous tenants got their startup founded and invested successfully, working visa, green card, job offers from top companies, meet their significant others, or got married during the stay in this house. We believe the excellent Feng-shui will bring positive energy to our future tenants as well.

Facts:

• Bedroom: 160sqft, private room, south-facing to the backyard, plenty of natural light
• Bathroom: one full bathroom + half bathroom with a toilet, Shared by you and another tenant.
• Rent: $1300 per month. A candidate working in a qualified Machine Learning team can enjoy a discount of $50 monthly.
• Deposit: $1300 one month deposit.
• Start date: 7/19/2021
• Term: one year and then month by month after
• 1. 3GB/s speed enterprise-level internet and smart home system.
• Utilities and housekeeper fees: not included. will share with others in the house. around $150 per month
• Other tenants: us and one gentleman in his early 30’s.
• Owner: We live on the 2nd floor with our own bathroom.
• Furniture and appliances: The house is fully furnished. You bring your own bedroom furniture. We may have an extra bed frame and deck for you.
• Parking: plenty of street parking or you can park on our driveway
• Laundry on site
• Location: Close to Helen Dr @ Laurel Ave, 1.7 miles to Caltrain and Bart, 0.6 miles to Gym, groceries, and restaurants. Very close to Youtube, Walmart. 30mins driving or Bart/Caltrain to Downtown SF or south bay
• Neighborhood: very quiet. If you are looking house in Daly City, San Bruno, South San Francisco, Millbrae, foster city, and surroundings, we suggest you google the SFO airport noise diagram to see whether the places are in the noise zone.

Tenants requirement:

• Stable income and employment, good credit history. SSN, employment, paycheck, previous landlord references are required. We will need to run your credit and background check
• Easy going, clean, tidy, and responsible
• No smoking, no pets are allowed in the house, adult only
• One tenant per room, sorry couples
• Gentleman prefers because you will need to share the bathrooms.
